Kevin Carnes

VP of Operations

Kevin Carnes brings more than 25 years of experience in the landscape industry, specializing in weed control and fertilization, landscape design and installation, and commercial landscape maintenance. Throughout his career, he has been committed to creating attractive, healthy, and functional outdoor spaces while delivering dependable service and paying close attention to every detail.

Known for his integrity and strong work ethic, Kevin believes that lasting relationships are built on honesty, respect, and quality workmanship. His approach to every project reflects his commitment to providing exceptional service and helping clients maintain beautiful landscapes they can enjoy for years to come.

Outside of work, Kevin serves as a pastor at a local church, where he continues to live out his values of integrity, faith, and service. He is a devoted husband and father of four who enjoys spending time with his family, tackling outdoor projects, and cheering on the North Carolina Tar Heels.

Paul Jones

Sales Manager

Paul Jones began his career in sales and project management before discovering a passion for the hardscape and landscape industry. Since joining Transformation Landscape Management, he has helped clients bring their outdoor projects to life through thoughtful planning, strong communication, and a commitment to quality from start to finish.

Known for his leadership, integrity, and dedication to serving others, Paul approaches every project with professionalism and a genuine desire to exceed client expectations. His experience managing projects and building lasting relationships has made him a valued member of the Transformation Landscape Management team.

Outside of work, Paul serves in leadership at Oak Tree Ministries, Fellowship of Christ, where he ministers, teaches, and leads worship. His faith is central to both his personal and professional life, guiding the way he serves others each day.

Paul and his wife, Jenni, are proud parents of seven children and grandparents to three grandchildren. His resilience, unwavering faith, and positive outlook continue to inspire those around him both personally and professionally.

Brandon Putman

Operation Manager

Brandon Putman has built his career in the landscape industry with a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. As the leader of Transformation Landscape Management’s Maintenance and Enhancements divisions, he oversees each project with a focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail, and efficient execution.

Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, Brandon is committed to delivering consistent results and providing exceptional care for every property. His hands-on approach and dedication to customer satisfaction help ensure clients receive dependable service and landscapes they can enjoy year-round.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys watching football, playing golf, fishing, spending time at the beach, and making the most of the outdoors.

Jarod Barefoot

Enhancement Manager

Jarod Barefoot has built his career in the landscape industry with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and maintaining properties that reflect Transformation Landscape Management’s high standards. As the leader of the Enhancements team, he oversees each project with a strong focus on attention to detail, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Known for his dependability, strong work ethic, and positive attitude, Jarod takes pride in ensuring every project is completed professionally, on time, and to the highest level of quality. He is always ready to take on new challenges and is dedicated to providing clients with exceptional service and results.

Outside of work, Jarod enjoys hunting, spending time outdoors, and making lasting memories with family and loved ones.
